Цель исследования - антигенный анализ и определение принадлежности к S-слою идентичных по молекулярной массе белков, выделенных из культуральных фильтратов B.anthracis. Изучены антигенные свойства белков, продуцируемых штаммами B. anthracis СТИ (рХО1+,  рХО2-), Davies (рХО1-, рХО2+), 81/1TR (рХО1-, рХО2-), которые элюировались в свободном объеме (фракция 1) при разделении культуральных фильтратов на сверхтонком сефакриле S-300. Показано, что сыворотки к фракциям 1 КФ штаммов B. anthracis СТИ, а также B. anthracis 81/1ТR и Davies содержали антитела к неидентичным антигенам. Белки, идентифицированные с помощью сывороток, отнесены к антигенам S-слоя В. anthracis на основании м.м. 94 кДа, характерной для белков S-слоя, локализации на поверхностных структурах вегетативных клеток, а также независимости продукции от плазмид вирулентности.
