Международным комитетом по таксономии вирусов (International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses, ICTY) установлен и утвержден новый отряд Bunyavirales, который объединил эволюционно связанные вирусы, чей геном представлен сегментированной линейной одноцепочечной рнк отрицательной или амбисенс (ambisense) полярности. В настоящее время отряд Bunyavirales включает 10 семейств вирусов, которые инфицируют позвоночных животных, беспозвоночных (членистоногие) и растения. На территории Северной Евразии изолировано не менее 41 зоонозного буньявируса, многие из которых имеют значение в патологии человека. В настоящем обзоре представлен состав семейств, входящих в порядок Bunyavirales, и представлен список зоонозных буньявирусов, циркулирующих на территории северной Евразии с указанием их современного таксономического положения. Большинство из них являются арбовирусами, экологически связанными с разными видами комаров или аргасовых и иксодовых клещей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In 2017 the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses (ICTY) established and approved a new order Bunyavirales that unite evolutionary related viruses whose genome is represented by a segmented linear single-stranded RNA of negative or ambisense polarity. Currently, the order Bunyavirales includes 10 families that infect vertebrate animals, invertebrates (arthropods), and plants. At least 41 zoonotic bunyaviruses, including pathogenic for human, were isolated on the territory of Northern Eurasia. This review presents the data on the composition of the families belonging to the order Bunyavirales and a list of zoonotic bunyaviruses, isolated in Northern Eurasia, indicating their modern taxonomy.
