Материалы и методы. В качестве активного материала использовали рекомбинантный вирус вакцины, штамм b7,5S2-S, в ген тимидинкиназы которого встроен фрагмент ДНК вируса гепатита в. в работе использовали микробиологические, вирусологические, физические, физико-химические и биотехнологические методы исследований качества препарата и технологических процессов. Результаты и обсуждение. Результаты технологического контроля получения полуфабрикатов и готовой продукции вакцины «Ревакс В3Т» подтвердили возможность использования аттестованной аппаратурно-технологической линии «ТЭОВак» для ее производства. Аналогичная технология может также использоваться при производстве других живых эмбриональных таблетированных оспенных вакцин. для получения вакцинного препарата «Ревакс В3Т» со специфической активностью не менее 1,0·107 ООЕ/табл. необходим сухой вируссодержащий материал с активностью не менее 2,0·108 ООЕ/г при сублимационном высушивании жидкого вируссодержащего материала с активностью не менее 1,0·108 ООЕ/г и преимущественном использовании хорионаллантоисной оболочки куриных эмбрионов в качестве субстрата накопления вирусной биомассы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective of the work was the production of recombinant vaccine «RevaxVZT» in tablet dosage form against hepatitis B and pathogenic for humans orthopoxviruses for further clinical trials. Materials and methods. Recombinant strain b7.5S2-S of vaccinia virus carrying a DNA fragment of hepatitis B virus inserted into thymidinekinase gene was used as an active component of the vaccine. Microbiological, virological, physical, physical and chemical, and biotechnological methods were used for studying the quality of the drug and technological processes. Results and discussion. Results of technological control for semi-finished products and final products of the vaccine “Revax VZT” showed the possibility of using certified hardware-processing line of “TEOVac” for its manufacturing. Same technology can be potentially used with other live tableted embryo smallpox vaccines too.
