Материалы и методы. Материалом исследования служили 2168 образцов сыворотки крови, полученные от жителей Гвинейской Республики - доноров крови и условно здоровых людей без подозрения на болезнь, вызванную вирусом Эбола, в рамках плановой диспансеризации сотрудников ОК РУСАЛ и членов их семей. Проводили обследование на наличие серологических и молекулярно-биологических маркеров ВИЧ и ВГВ. При выявлении коинфекции ВИЧ/ВГВ секвенировали нуклеотидные последовательности полных геномов ВГВ и фрагмента гена pol ВИЧ. Результаты и обсуждение. Серологические маркеры ВИЧ выявлены у 239 человек, что составило 11,02 %. РНК ВИЧ удалось выявить у 31 человека, что составило 12,9 % пациентов серопозитивной группы (1,43 % от общей группы). Серологические маркеры ВГВ среди РНК ВИЧ-позитивных лиц выявлены у 29,03 % пациентов, в том числе 16,12 % HBsAg и 12,9 % анти-HBcore IgG. ДНК ВГВ выявили у всех HBsAg-позитивных и у двух анти-HBcore IgG-позитивных пациентов, а также у 12 человек, негативных по всем анализируемым в работе серологическим маркерам ВГВ. Таким образом, ДНК ВГВ обнаружили у 61,29 % РНК ВИЧ-позитивных лиц. На основании анализа нуклеотидных последовательностей фрагмента гена pol 19 образцов ВИЧ показано, что в обследованной группе преобладает циркулирующая рекомбинантная форма ВИЧ CRF02_AG (52,63 %) по сравнению с ВИЧ А1 (42,1 %), один образец представлял собой независимый рекомбинант генотипов A1 и G. При филогенетическом анализе ВГВ в исследуемых образцах показано, что в группе преобладает ВГВ генотипа Е - 47,36 %, по сравнению с ВГВ D1 - 21,05 %, D2 - 15,78 %, D3 - 10,52 % и A2 - 5,26 %. Обнаружены образцы ВИЧ и ВГВ, несущие мутации лекарственной устойчивости, несмотря на отсутствие антиретровирусной терапии.
