Проанализированы отечественные и зарубежные нормативные, методические документы, научные публикации в области лабораторной диагностики чумы и обеспечения биобезопасности работ с патогенными биологическими агентами.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. Обоснован комплекс критериев для перевода штаммов Y. pestis из I группы в III группу патогенности, а также определены методы их оценки. Установлено наличие оснований для перевода в III группу патогенности ряда авирулентных штаммов Y. pestis, которые включены в учебный набор, сформированный для освоения модуля «Микробиология и лабораторная диагностика чумы». Продемонстрирована целесообразность комбинирования регламентированных методов оценки патогенных свойств чумного микроба с дополнительными, в частности, изучением цитотоксичности штаммов Y. pestis в отношении лейкоцитов цельной крови человека in vitro. Оценка вирулентности штамма Y. pestis должна опираться на комплексную характеристику основных факторов патогенности с помощью современных молекулярно-генетических методов исследования, данных о фенотипических проявлениях их функционирования, а также степени патогенности для чувствительных лабораторных животных. Актуальной задачей является пересмотр используемых количественных показателей для дифференциации штаммов чумного микроба по вирулентности с учетом показателя LD50 штамма Y. pestis EV НИИЭГ. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective of the study was to select the criteria and methodological approaches to reclassify avirulent strains of plague agent from pathogenicity (hazard) group I into pathogenicity group III.</p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p> Materials and methods.
