                  Yersinia pestis». В модельных экспериментах на лабораторных мышах показано, что данная тест-система высокоспецифична, диагностический титр составляет 1/320. Диагностическая ценность тест-системы при исследовании образцов сывороток и суспензий крови, смывов с органов грудной полости животных, обработанных живой чумной вакциной, штаммами чумного микроба, содержащими и не содержащими pFra, а также гетерологичными бактериями, составила 83,3–88,9 %.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Designed is immuno-enzyme test-system for the detection of antibodies to Yersinia pestis capsular antigen F1 – “ELISA-Ab-F1 
                  Yersinia pestis”.
