Использована плазма крови 140 беременных женщин, сообщивших о половом контакте своих партнеров с ВИЧ -инфицированными лицами (без указания пола), а также образцы крови (60), полученные от партнеров указанных женщин. Образцы исследовали на наличие серологических (HBsAg, HBeAg, антитела анти-HBs IgG, анти-HBcore IgG, анти-HBe IgG, анти-HCV IgG, Ag/Ab-HIV) и молекулярных (ДНК ВГВ, РНК ВГС и ВИЧ) маркеров.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. Возраст обследованных беременных женщин варьировал от 13 до 55 лет и составил в среднем (26,29±9,67) года, мужчин – от 15 до 60 лет, в среднем – (29,05±11,99) года. Антитела к ВГС выявлены у 2,14 % женщин и 3,33 % мужчин, к ВИЧ – у 6,43 % женщин и 6,67 % мужчин. Серологические маркеры, связанные с ВГВ, определены у 80,71 % (HBsAg – 13,57 %) женщин и 81,67 % (15 %) мужчин. В группе женщин не выявили РНК ВГС, РНК ВИЧ обнаружена в 1 случае (1,67 %), ДНК ВГВ определена в 26 случаях (18,57 %), в том числе 5 % HBsAg-негативного гепатита В. В группе мужчин РНК ВГС и ВИЧ выявлены в 3,33 и 6,67 % случаев соответственно, а ДНК ВГВ определена у 16,67 % лиц, в том числе у одного человека определен скрытый гепатит В . Показана достоверно более высокая встречаемость ВИЧ у мужчин по сравнению с женщинами (χ2=3,907 при p&lt;0,05). Относительный риск инфицирования ВИЧ у мужчин выше, чем у женщин (RR=9,333; p=0,0291; 95 % ДИ: 1,065–81,815 %). В четырех из пяти выявленных случаев ВИЧ -инфекции определена коинфекция с ВГВ и/или ВГС. Необходимо внедрение скрининга на ВИЧ, ВГС, ВГВ , включая скрытый гепатит В, при обследовании беременных женщин и их партнеров с последующим консультированием пар и вакцинацией против вируса гепатита В.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the work was to estimate the prevalence of HIV, HBV and HCV markers among pregnant women and their male partners in the Republic of Guinea.</p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The material of the study was blood plasma samples from 140 pregnant women living in Kindia prefecture and N’Zerekore prefecture, as well as 60 male partners who reported sexual contact with HIV-infected persons. The samples were examined for the presence of serological (HBsAg, HBeAg, antibodies anti-HBs IgG, anti-HBcore IgG, anti-HBe IgG, anti-HCV IgG, Ag/Ab-HIV) and molecular (HBV DNA, HCV RNA, HIV RNA) markers.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. The age of the examined pregnant women ranged from 13 to 55 years and was on average (26.29±9.67) years. The age of men varied from 15 to 60 years, on average – (29.05±11.99) years. When assessing the prevalence of serological markers, antibodies to HCV were detected in 2.14 % cases in women and in 3.33 % cases in men. Antibodies to HIV were found in 6.43 % and 6.67 % women and men, respectively. Serological markers associated with HBV were detected in 80.71 % (HBsAg – 13.57 %) of women and 81.67 % (15 %) of men. In the pregnant women, HCV RNA was not detected, HIV RNA was revealed in 1 case, HBV DNA was identified in 26 cases (18.57 %), including 5 % HBsAg-negative hepatitis B cases. In the men group, HCV RNA and HIV RNA were detected in 3.33 % and 6.67 % cases, respectively. HBV DNA was determined in 16.67 % of men, including latent hepatitis B in one person. A significantly higher incidence of HIV in men compared to women is shown (χ2=3.907 at p&lt;0.05). The relative risk of HIV infection in men is nine times higher than in women: RR=9.333; p=0.0291; 95 % CI: 1.065–81.815 %. Four out of five identified HIV infection cases were co-infected with HBV and/or HCV.
