На фоне D-GalN чувствительность животных к действию указанных форм ЛПС вакцинного штамма повышалась на два порядка, а для ЛПС вирулентного штамма - на три. При этом различия токсических свойств между исходными (ЛПС37) и конформационно измененными (ЛПС37-МТ) формами ЛПС обоих исследованных штаммов Y. pestis полностью нивелируются.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>equals 520÷610 mcg/mouse. Sensitivity of the animals to the stated above LPS forms’ effect when affected by D-GalN is by two orders greater, and as for LPS of the virulent strain is by three orders.
