Особый интерес имеют эпидемиологические особенности, факторы риска и вопросы профилактики эхинококкоза и альвеококкоза, которые характеризуются хроническим течением и могут приводить к инвалидности и летальному исходу. Целью исследования являлась оценка серопревалентности эхинококкоза, а также анализ поведенческих факторов риска заболевания эхинококкозами среди населения Жети-Огузского района Иссык-Кульской области Кыргызской Республики. Материалы и методы. Проанализированы данные анкетирования и результаты серологического обследования 826 человек, проживающих в 10 населенных пунктах Жети-Огузского района Иссык-Кульской области Кыргызской Республики. ИФА использовали для выявления признаков текущей или ранее перенесенной инфекции и оценки распространенности заболевания в исследуемой популяции. Исследование имело одномоментный (cross-sectional) дизайн и включало социологический опрос, серологические методы и статистический анализ. Обработку полученных данных проводили с применением программных пакетов Microsoft Excel и SPSS. Результаты и обсуждение. В исследовании среди 826 жителей района общая серопревалентность эхинококкоза составила 8,2 %, при этом наибольшие показатели отмечены в возрастной группе 60–69 лет (14,3 %) и среди женщин (66,2 %). Анализ поведенческих факторов (наличие и содержание домашних животных, дегельминтизация, контакт с собаками и их кормление внутренностями забитых животных) не выявил статистически значимых ассоциаций с серопозитивностью (OR 0,395–1,215; 95% ДИ включали единицу; p&gt;0,05), что указывает на сложный характер передачи инфекции. Полученные данные подчеркивают необходимость целевых профилактических и образовательных программ, скрининговых обследований и контроля за санитарной безопасностью в эндемичном регионе.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Echinococcosis remains a relevant parasitic disease and a serious medical and social issue. Epidemiological features, risk factors, and preventive measures for cystic and alveolar echinococcosis are of particular interest, as these diseases have a chronic course and may lead to disability and death. The aim of the study was to assess the seroprevalence of echinococcosis and to analyze behavioral risk factors for echinococcosis among the population of the JetiOguz district, Issyk-Kul Region, Kyrgyz Republic. Materials and methods. The study involved questionnaire data and serological testing results from 826 individuals residing in 10 settlements of the Jeti-Oguz district, Issyk-Kul region, Kyrgyz Republic. ELISA was used to detect signs of current or past infection and to assess disease prevalence in the studied population. The study had a cross-sectional design and included a sociological survey, serological methods, and statistical analysis. Data processing was performed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS software packages. Results and discussion. The overall seroprevalence of echinococcosis was 8.2 %, with the highest rates observed in the 60–69 age group (14.3 %) and among women (66.2 %). Analysis of behavioral factors (presence and keeping of domestic animals, deworming, contact with dogs, and feeding of dogs with innards of slaughtered animals) did not reveal statistically significant associations with seropositivity (OR 0.395–1.215; 95% CI included 1; p&gt;0.05), indicating the complex nature of infection transmission.
