Изучение биологических характеристик штаммов вируса гриппа, вызвавших вспышки в России в 2016–2017 гг.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Исследования выполнены с использованием современных вирусологических и молекулярно-биологических методов анализа на современном оборудовании.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и выводы</title><p>Результаты и выводы. В 2016 г. на территории Российской Федерации зарегистрированы вспышки среди диких и домашних птиц, вызванные высокопатогенным вирусом гриппа H5N8-субтипа. В мае 2016 г. зафиксирована гибель диких птиц на территории Республики Тыва. В октябре–ноябре 2016 г. вирус H5N8 выделен на территории республик Татарстан, Калмыкия в Краснодарском крае и Астраханской области. В 2017 г. вирус гриппа H5N8 широко распространился в Европейской части России, где вызвал вспышки среди диких и домашних птиц. Результаты исследования выделенных штаммов показали, что все они являются высокопатогенными и относятся к генетической кладе 2.3.4.4. Молекулярно-генетический и вирусологический анализ выявил различия между штаммами 2016–2017 гг. и штаммом той же клады, циркулировавшим в России в 2014 г. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective of the study is to investigate biological properties of avian influenza virus strains that caused the outbreaks in Russia in 2016–2017.</p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study was performed using advanced virological and molecular-biological methods in state-of-the-art equipment.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and conclusion</title><p>Results and conclusion. In 2016, the outbreaks among wild birds and poultry caused by highly pathogenic avian influenza H5N8 virus have occurred in the territory of the Russian Federation. In May, 2016 an outbreak of H5N8 among wild birds was registered in the territory of the Republic of Tyva. In October-November, 2016 influenza virus H5N8 was isolated in the territory of the Republics of Tatarstan and Kalmykia, Krasnodar and Astrakhan Regions of Russia. In 2017 avian influenza H5N8 has become widespread in European part of Russia and caused multiple outbreaks among wild birds and poultry. Results of the investigations of the isolated strains show that all of them are highly pathogenic and belong to the clade 2.3.4.4.
