Получена характеристика этих штаммов по фенотипическим свойствам, VNTR-, SNP- и SNR-локусам генома, плазмидному составу, генам капсуло- и токсинообразования, а также некоторым локусам, продукты которых связаны с патогенностью. Выявлена корреляция определенного MLVA-генотипа с комплексом фенотипических свойств, характерным для штаммов Bacillus anthracis с измененной вирулентностью.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The set of Bacillus anthracis strains and their derivatives with distinct virulence was selected. The strains were characterized as regards phenotypic properties, VNTR-, SNP- and SNR-loci, plasmid composition, genes of toxin and capsule production, and some pathogenecity-related loci.
