Показана возможность внутривидовой дифференциации и определения очаговой принадлежности изученных штаммов чумного микроба. В некоторых очагах циркулируют штаммы с разными ВРФ профилями, что предполагает возможность использования данного метода генетического типирования при расследовании локальных вспышек.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Plague microbe strains were typed using subtracted restriction fingerprinting (SRF). Intra-species differentiation and determination of the focal belonging of the studied plague microbe strains was demonstrated.
