Применение двух схем MLST, основанных на сиквенсе генов, связанных с вирулентностью, и генов жизнеобеспечения, показало большую эффективность последней в дифференциации штаммов, выделенных до начала и в период 7-й пандемии холеры.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Molecular typing of pandemic and pre-pandemic cholera vibrio strains was carried out with the help of multi-locus sequence analysis.
