<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The essential index of functional activity of innate immunity cells in inflammatory reactions, induced by specific allergens, is the secretory neutrophils degranulation with the release of serine proteases from granules on the cells' surface and into the extracellular space. Using flow cytofluorimetry blood granulocytes of persons, immunized with live plague vaccine, were shown to respond to in vitro contact with allergen of plague microbe (pestin) by degranulation, in contrast to those of unvaccinated people. The degree of the innate immunity cells activation, as regards this index, depends on the time period passed after the vaccination. The received experimental data agree with modern conceptions on the leukocytic proteases` role in the development of allergic inflammation of skin. They also provide the necessary basis for further investigations, required to develop rapid instrumental test for human anti-plague immunity assessment in vitro.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>чумной микроб</kwd><kwd>противочумный иммунитет</kwd><kwd>активация клеток врожденного иммунитета</kwd><kwd>дегрануляция нейтрофилов</kwd><kwd>проточная цитофлуориметрия</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>plague microbe</kwd><kwd>anti-plague immunity</kwd><kwd>innate immunity cells activation</kwd><kwd>neutrophils degranulation</kwd><kwd>flow cytofluorimetry</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Коробкова Е.И.
