Тест отличается наличием трех линий (двух тестовых и одной контрольной) в поле для регистрации результатов анализа. Тесты предполагается применять при анализе проб продуктов питания и проб, взятых из объектов окружающей среды. Чувствительность одновременного выявления БТ типов А (30 нг/мл) и В (10 нг/мл) не хуже, чем у моноаналитных тестов, сконструированных для выявления одного типа БТ. Показано, что тесты специфичны и могут быть применены для идентификации БТ в продуктах питания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Designed is the multi-analyte test for simultaneous immune chromatographic detection of A &amp; B type botulinum neurotoxins (BT), using colloid gold nanoparticles. It is meant for food and environmental samples' analysis. The sensitivity of simultaneous BT detection of the A (30 ng/ml) and B (10 ng/ml) types is as high as that of mono-analytical tests, designed for one type BT detection.
