Проведена оптимизация технологического процесса концентрирования. Данная технология позволяет получать компоненты холерной вакцины, соответствующие нормируемым требованиям.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Worked out is the experimental technology for protective antigens of Vibrio cholerae 569 B Inaba (cholera-anatoxin and O-antigen) concentrating by means of tangential ultrafiltration. Optimization of concentrating technological process is carried out.
