Установлены различия в адгезивной способности спор B. anthracis штаммов № 55 ВНИИВВиМ, СТИ-1 и II вакцины Ценковского. Выявлено, что уровень адгезии спор B. anthracis № 55 ВНИИВВиМ к эритроцитам млекопитающих зависит от чувствительности вида к инфицированию возбудителем сибирской язвы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Displayed are the results of studies concerning adhesion of spores of Bacillus anthracis vaccine strains to the erythrocytes of humans and other mammals using photocolorimetry technique. Determined are the differences in adhesive capacity of spores of B. anthracis vaccine strains № 55 VNIIVVM, STI-I and II Tsenkovsky.
