Эффективность размножения штамма Francisella tularensis 15/10∆recA в макрофагоподобных клетках, устойчивость к бактерицидному действию нормальной кроличьей сыворотки и протективные свойства на мышиной модели туляремии не изменились по сравнению с штаммом Francisella tularensis 15/10.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Deletion of recA gene in Francisella tularensis 15/10 genome leads to the increase in its sensitivity to ultraviolet irradiation, reduction of the homologous recombination capacity, and a slight decline of virulence for mice.
