Мадагаскар в 1898-2010 гг., выполнен анализ развития вспышек легочной чумы 2011 г. Обобщены данные литературы и собственных экспериментальных исследований, характеризующих свойства штаммов Yersinia pestis, выделенных на о. Мадагаскар в XX столетии. Подтверждена циркуляция здесь штаммов Y. pestis, представляющих собой третью ветвь иррадиации ее восточного биовара (1.ORI3) Обоснована возможность появления здесь новых вариантов с измененными свойствами, в том числе с множественной лекарственной устойчивостью.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Analyzed are peculiarities of plague epizootiology and epidemiology in Madagascar in 1898-2010 with special consideration to pneumonic plague outbreak development in 2011. Summarized are literature data and authors own experimental research of characteristics of Yersinia pestis strains isolated in Madagascar in the XX century. Confirmed is the fact that there circulate Y. pestis strains representing the third branch of its orientalis biovariant (1.ORI3) irradiation. Possibility of emergence of new variants with altered properties, including multiple drug resistance, in Madagascar is substantiated.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>возбудитель чумы</kwd><kwd>о.
