Дана физико-химическая характеристика полученных препаратов. Изучено влияние ЛПС возбудителя туляремии разных подвидов на фагоцитарное звено иммунитета экспериментальных животных в условиях in vitro. Показано, что биомолекулы ЛПС проявляют слабое стимулирующее воздействие на кислород- и нитроксидзависимые бактерицидные системы и не обладают цитопатогенетическим свойством для активации апоптоза фагоцитов. Полученные результаты позволяют предположить, что такая инертность ЛПС возбудителя туляремии обусловлена особенностями его строения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Experimental preparations of the lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of Francisella tularensis of four subspecies (tularensis, holarctica, mediasiatica, novicida) were obtained using Tween extraction method. Physical and chemical characteristics of the obtained preparations are presented. Examined was the effect of tularemia agent of different subspecies upon the phagocytic part of the experimental animals` immunity in vitro. LPS biomolecules demonstrated weak stimulating effect upon oxygen- and nitroxide-dependent bactericidal systems and lacked cytopathogenicity for phagocytes apoptosis activation.
