Экспериментальные среды обеспечивали высокую концентрацию фаговых частиц на этапе размножения и хорошую выживаемость при лиофилизации. Большую эффективность показали среды, в которых дрожжевой автолизат являлся питательной белковой основой, а не стимулирующей добавкой. Такие препараты сохраняли стабильность свойств в процессе хранения при температуре 4-8 °С, а также при повышенной температуре в «тесте ускоренного старения». Внедрение дрожжевых питательных сред в технологию изготовления бактериофага диагностического чумного Л-413С открывает хорошие перспективы для повышения эффективности производства и снижения себестоимости препарата.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>New nutrient media based on baker yeast autolizate were used for the first time for manufacturing of diagnostic preparation of plague bacteriophage L-413C. Experimental media provide high concentration of phage particles at the stage of propagation, and good survivability in lyophilization. Media in which yeast autolizate was a nutrient protein basis appeared to be more effective than those in which it was a stimulating additive. Phage preparations preserved stability of properties during storage at 4-8 °С, and at a higher temperature in the test of accelerated aging.
