Рассчитаны универсальные праймеры, использование которых обеспечивает детекцию этих генов у V. cholerae разных серогрупп. С помощью разработанной ПЦР определен новый вариант гена tcpA у токсигенных холерных вибрионов не О1/не О139 серогруппы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Developed is the PCR assay for the detection of the structural genes of toxin co-regulated adhesion piluses - tcpA of different types. Determined are the universal primers, the usage of which provides for the detection of the stated above genes in V. cholerae of various serogroups.
