ПЦР с праймерами, специфичными последовательностям генов металло-β-лактамаз (класс В β-лактамазы), и оксациллиназ семейства D-ala карбоксипептидаз (класс D β-лактамазы) позволяет дифференцировать между собой виды Burkholderia группы «pseudomallei».</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The set of oligonucleotide primers was designed to identify β-lactam-resitance determinats in isolates of pathogenic Burkholderia using PCR. Simultaneously identified was certain molecular class of detected β-lactamases.
