У штаммов средневекового биовара выявлено наличие двух делеций размером 183 и 70 п.н. Показано, что первая делеция, локализованная в межгенном участке aceA – aceK после 22490 нуклеотида, присутствует у большинства изученных штаммов средневекового биовара, а вторая делеция в гене y1694 (1869687–1870825 п.н.) выявляется у всех штаммов средневекового биовара, выделенных на территории России и сопредельных стран.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Variable chromosome loci have been searched, that differentiate Yersinia pestis strains of medievalis from antiqua biovars. The strains of medievalis biovar are shown to possess two deletions – 183 and 70 bps. The first deletion, localized in the inter-gene region aceA – aceK is present in the majority of medievalis biovar strains, the second one, in the gene y1694 , is determined in all medievalis biovar strains isolated in the territory of Russia and neighboring countries.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>возбудитель чумы</kwd><kwd>биовары</kwd><kwd>генетические отличия</kwd><kwd>plague agent</kwd><kwd>biovars</kwd><kwd>genetic differences</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title></ref-list><fn-group><fn fn-type="conflict"><p>The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest present.</p></fn></fn-group></back></article>
