Установлено, что к 11-й неделе иммунизации специфические антитела накапливаются в титре не ниже 1:500 (специфическую активность определяли в реакции нейтрализации на белых мышах и в дот-имму­но­ана­лизе), что является достаточным для фракционирования иммунной сыворотки и выделения антирабического иммуноглобулина. Физико-хими­че­ские и биологические свойства антирабического иммуноглобулина, полученного по технологии с использованием культурального антигена, удовлетворяют требованиям нормативной документации на антирабический иммуноглобулин из сыворотки крови лошади. Уровень специфической активности экспериментальных серий антирабического иммуноглобулина, полученного с применением культуральных технологий, соответствует 242 и 214 МЕ/мл.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>week after immunization (specific activity is identified using neutralization reaction on the model of white mice and dot-blot immunoassay). This level of activity is sufficient for the fractioning of immune serum and extraction of anti-rabies immunoglobulin. Physicochemical and biological properties of the anti-rabies immunoglobulin, obtained with the help of cultural antigen technique, meet the requirements stated in the normative documentation on anti-rabies immunoglobulins extracted from equine blood serum.
