Объектом гистологического исследования служили кусочки печени, сердца, легких, почек, надпочечников, кожи из места введения препарата и органов лимфоидной системы – тимуса, селезенки, регионарных и отдаленных лимфатических узлов. Полутонкие парафиновые срезы исследуемого материала окрашивали раствором гематоксилина и эозина. Установлено, что наблюдаемые в первые 7 сут после иммунизации изменения обусловлены стресс-реакцией организма биомодели на введение препарата, бесследно проходящей в последующие сроки наблюдения. Выявлена функциональная активация клеток ретикулоэндотелиальной системы печени и органов центральной и периферической иммунной системы в форме нарастания гиперпластических процессов в период с 14-х по 27-е сутки, максимум которых приходился на 21-е сутки. Полученные данные подтверждают отсутствие выраженного повреждающего эффекта рекомбинантного протективного антигена на клетки и ткани макроорганизма и возможность его применения в качестве основного компонента химической сибиреязвенной вакцины.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>one.
