Original version of the paper with the signatures of all the authors and accompanying documents should be sent to the postal address of the editorial office. Each article must have an assignment/recommendation from the organization of affiliation, an expert report and license agreement on the granting of the right of paper usage.

2. The volume of articles (including figures, tables, abstract and references) should not exceed 12 pages for original articles (Times New Roman font type, font size 12, line space 1.5, document margins – 2 cm),  20  pages – for overviews and surveys, 6 pages – for brief communications.

3. Original articles must comprise such sections as: objective of the study, materials and methods, results and discussion. Reviews should be structured into chapters by content and have corresponding subtitles.

4. One should attach abstract and key words to the original, research papers, reviews and brief communications. The latter must be both in Russian and in English. The abstract must be reflective of the main contents (wordage – no less than 150 and no more than 250). Original paper abstract is to be structured as follows: key objective, materials and methods, results obtained, and conclusions. Usage of abbreviations and contractions, as well as conventions is not advisable. The volume of the abstract for brief communications is 150 words. For reviews, the abstract must contain the basic concept of the work. After the abstract the author should place the key words and word combinations, both in Russian and in English (no more than 8 words) in an order of significance. Selection of key words must be based on the terms from the text of the paper, determining the knowledge domain and facilitating the indexing of the manuscript by automatic search systems.

5. In the beginning of the article one must put: first and last names of the authors, title of the article, authors’ affiliation – positions, names of institutions, contact information (postal address with indication of zip-code, telephone number, and e-mail). If several authors represent different organizations, digital index is stamped at each surname and the corresponding institution. Corresponding author must state his personal contact data (personal e-mail address and telephone number). All the authors should insert their identification codes (if available): Scopus Author ID, Web of Science Researcher ID, ORCID.

The paper must be signed by all the authors with indication of their last name, first name and patronymic one (explicitly/in full).

At the close of the article one must declare the absence/ presence of conflict of financial or other interests, associated with manuscript preparation. It may be formulated as follows: the authors declare no conflict of financial/nonfinancial interests, associated with the article publication. If the article is written as a result of the work, which was financed from external additional sources (grant, contract, Federal Target Program, etc.) it must be stated in the end of the manuscript.

6. If involvement of laboratory animals and humans as study subjects took place, the authors must state that all stages of the trials were in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, international ethical regulations, institutional normative documents, and approved by corresponding committees. The manuscript should clearly specify that from all individuals, engaged as the research subjects, an informed volunteer consent is received.

 7. The number of illustrations should not exceed 5 items (either 5 figures, or 5 tables, or 5 in the aggregate).

The placement of tables and figures in the text should be marked by page field references (for printed versions only).

8. Tables must not duplicate diagrams/graphs/plots. They should have short titles, be concise, and have the table headers that precisely reflect the content of the columns. Numbers in the tables must be statistically processed. The numeric data from the tables must not be repeated in the text of the article.

9. The names of the tables and notes to them should be translated into English and given under the Russian text from a new line. The text in Russian contained in the table, including units of measure, must also be translated into English; in this case, the translation should be placed in a cell with the corresponding Russian text as a separate line.
