Новый коронавирус, вызывающий заболевание человека

Аннотация

Коронавирусы - это оболочечные вирусы с одноцепочечной «плюс» РНК, с размерами генома от 25 до 32 тыс. нуклеотидов, вызывающие респираторные и кишечные заболевания животных и человека. В обзоре рассмотрены случаи заболевания человека, вызванные новым коронавирусом (NCoV), возможные естественные резервуары возбудителя, механизмы передачи инфекции, некоторые характеристики этиологического агента заболевания, методы диагностики и идентификации возбудителя, полная последовательность генома и связь NCoV с известными коронавирусами.
