ДНК-иммунизация против бешенства

Аннотация

В обзоре приводятся литературные данные, посвященные разработке ДНК-вакцин против вируса бешенства. Представлены результаты исследований, касающиеся генной вакцинации различных моделей лабораторных животных и разных путей введения вакцины. Рассматривается возможность потенцирования иммуногенности ДНК-вакцин при использовании адъювантов и цитокинов. Обсуждаются пути совершенствования полинуклеотидных вакцин.
